At Forganica Skin Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned product, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective products.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased on sale
