Who will I speak to?
Dr. Faiza Shams, a PhD molecular biologist and clinical pharmacist who formulates every Forganica product.
Is this a medical appointment?
No. It is cosmetic skincare guidance. For infections, severe or cystic acne, sudden rashes or any changing mole, please see a dermatologist or your doctor. We will tell you if your concern needs one.
Do I have to buy Forganica products?
No. Your plan can include products you already own. We only suggest Forganica products where they fit what your skin needs.
What photos should I send?
Two or three clear photos of your face without makeup, front and both sides, taken in natural daylight with no filters.
How do I pay?

Can I reschedule?
Yes, message us at least 24 hours before your slot and we will move it once at no cost.
